The selected candidate will work on a research project to characterize the molecular and cellular mechanisms of mitochondrial quality control in human cells using CRISPR functional genomics, molecular, cellular and biochemical approaches.
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:
Conduct established experimental procedures and participate in research projects.
Laboratory maintenance (i.

Qualifications:
Experience in cell culture Basic skills in biochemistry/molecular biology (DNA/RNA isolation, PCR, gel electrophoresis, western blotting) Schedule:
