We are seeking applicants for an On-Site Maintenance Superintendent for a condominium association in Farmington.
The Site Superintendent is responsible for the safe and effective planning, direction, supervision, performance and evaluation of all day to day aspects of maintenance and facilities operations of the association.
Duties include both supervisory and manual efforts in the care and upkeep of 158 residential units, public facilities such as a clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, playground and other common areas of the property.
The site superintendent reports directly to the property manager and, in turn, has direct charge over recreation staff.
Additionally, the Site Superintendent is often named as designated supervisor in service contracts and maintenance projects using outside contractors.
In such capacity, the Site Superintendent has significant authority in the supervision and direction of work performed by others.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
