During Personnel s assignment with Client, he or she is considered part of the unit and will be included as part of the rotation pool of staff (i.

, Client employees and Personnel) who are required to work additional hours on an as-needed basis to ensure coverage for the unit.
Float:
Client may float or reassign Personnel to a different department, unit, or facility (within 30 miles of the Personnel s originally assigned facility) within the Personnel s clinical competence.
