The account supervisor for student services interacts with the school community (families, faculty, and staff), as well as, the bus company, and larger community.
This position is responsible for supporting students services through accounts payable, purchasing, student transportation and student lunch claiming.
The Account Supervisor I works within assignment deadlines, under pressure, to meet the schedule of report completion requirements.
Monitors and controls the work flow required to complete assignments, reports, records and other duties, independent of supervision.
This includes the ability to edit data, reconcile reports, and produce information, as required.
Research and problem solving skills, interpersonal skills and strong secretarial experience is necessary.
