Summary:
The Service Delivery Manager/Project Transition Manager will be responsible for delivering IT infrastructure-managed services to our client.
This includes managing a team of 64 people, overseeing the transition from the incumbent vendor, and ensuring that all service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 64 people responsible for the delivery of IT infrastructure-managed services.
Oversee the transition from the incumbent vendor to NexTurn.
Ensure that all SLAs are met.
Develop and implement service delivery plans.
Monitor and manage service performance.
Identify and resolve service delivery issues.
Manage the budget for the service delivery team.
Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders.
Report on service delivery performance to senior management.
Responsibilities of Business Continuity Planning & Disaster Recovery Manager Oversee and govern application teams for annual BIA re-certifications.
Document the information provided and develop findings list in ARCHER following the BIA review.
Leverage the findings list to develop the critical recovery metrics needed to prepare disaster recovery plans.
Oversee and govern application teams for annual DR plan re-certifications.
Identify critical policy/standard gaps that are missing or not identified dealing with disaster recovery plan and provide them in a concise format for inclusion in the disaster recovery plan.
Support the Application teams with executing Disaster Recovery validations through test events or tabletop exercises.
Assist application teams with the onboarding of applications to the ARCHER platform and Disaster Recovery program.
Prepare detailed Disaster Recovery execution reports highlighting performance test goals, requirements, tests conducted, methodology used, timestamp of execution, test configurations with the findings, bottlenecks, observations, suggestions on tuning & improvement areas.
Work with auditors to provide required artifacts in support of both internal and external audit.
Management reporting monthly on compliance status and progress during each calendar year.
Work with ARCHER, Application, Cyber Security, IT Operations, and Infrastructure Team for maintaining the CMDB and CI and any other dependencies related to application's Disaster Recovery solutions.
Provide a proactive, positive, and can-do attitude to resolve and support the application team and other teams across the organization with Disaster Recovery requirements.
Lead the organization's response to a disaster or other disruption, including coordinating crisis management activities and restoration efforts.
Qualifications and Requirements:

years of experience in IT-managed services, with a focus on service delivery 4
years of experience in project management Strong leadership and communication skills Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure space (Compute, Network, Databases, Storage, Disaster Recovery, Azure Cloud) Ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Experience with ITIL and other relevant IT service management frameworks Experience with managing SLAs Desired Skills and
Experience:
Experience in the IT infrastructure managed services industry Experience in transitioning from one managed services provider to another Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies Experience with cloud computing technologies Experience with security and compliance requirements Infra Project Manager Recommended Skills Agile Methodology Analytical Business Continuity Planning Communication Computer Security Databases Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
