Our client in Farmington, CT is looking for a switchboard operator to assist with their incoming phone calls. They are open to either having two candidates share a part time schedule or have one person handle this position as a full time opportunity. Please specify which you are interested in when applying.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Well-developed inter-personal skills.
Ability to interact with public as required.
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
Flexibility to work additional hours if needed.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT UP TO 35lbs.
Working hours: 7am - 5pm

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
