Position Description
AIG has an opportunity for an Accounting Assistant at directDME, an AIG company that provides medical management services to its customers. The Accounting Assistant is responsible for performing financial and administrative services within the Finance department. Primary responsibilities include completing accounts payable duties, system research, data entry, billing, collections and cash posting.
Position Requirements
Three years of experience in a similar position.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred.
Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and handle shifting priorities.
Proficient with Excel.
