### Residential Retail Sales Manager (MA)
#### The Residential Retail Sales Manager is responsible for all Farmington Bank residential loan production activities including retail loan officers, bank branch partnerships, where applicable, in Massachusetts. Responsibilities include a major emphasis on recruiting a sales force both within Massachusetts (outside footprint), originate residential mortgage loans conforming to all Bank policies and procedures, and develops and implements business calling programs to generate mortgage business and meet sales goals.
### Responsibilities
Recruits, selects, and trains Residential Loan Sales Team. Ensures that Farmington Bank Residential lending sales staff is well informed and understands all communications regarding changes in policy, processes, procedure, pricing, products and strategic direction. Ensures that all origination staff operates within and fulfills all compliance and quality guidelines. Develops and maintains competitive Incentive Plans for sales team. Develops goals and objectives for sales team.
Originate residential mortgage loans conforming to all Bank policies and procedures. Provide convenient interviewer services for residential mortgage applicants, including off- site and after hour interviews.
Develops and implements business calling programs to generate mortgage business and meet sales goals. Develops relationships with diverse members of the community to promote FB's residential lending products. Develops realtor relationships and provide them with current information regarding loan products and pricing.
Represents Farmington Bank to the borrowing public, including Realtor/Builder contact, borrower/applicant contact and public involvement; strives to further enhance Farmington Bank image and to develop and promote additional business by originating loans.
Respond and resolve customer requests and issues, and participate in obtaining required documents from the applicant throughout the mortgage loan process. Informs customer/applicants of processing, underwriting, and closing procedures post application; provide estimate of closing costs and all required disclosure information.
Maintains open communication with all Business Partners as well as other departments to maximize lending opportunities.
Responsible for recommending system changes and efficiencies.
### Requirements
Bachelors Degree in general area of knowledge such as: accounting, finance, business administration or economics.
5 + years of mortgage sales management experience.
A record of accomplishment and increasing scope of responsibility with an established bank or financial services organization.
Proven ability to build, motivate, develop and retain a sales team involving multiple distribution channels, market segments and geographic diversity.
Demonstrated customer service orientation, both with external customers as well as internal company clients.
Excellent knowledge of FHA, VA, conventional, FHLMC, FNMA and private investor guidelines.
Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skill, sales and customer relations skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
