### Senior Commercial Loan Operations Representative
#### Under the supervision of the Loan Operations Commercial Supervisor performs set-up and servicing of Commercial, SWAP and various commercial loan accounts. Provides guidance and training to other staff members regarding tasks related to loan setup and servicing.
### Responsibilities
Main responsibility is booking and/or modifying Commercial, Participation and SWAP loans. This entails the ability to read and interpret loan documents and establish the proper schedules and data on the system to properly reflect the loan documentation.
Senior team member who is cross-functional and provides training of various aspects of loan servicing to team members of the department in order to resolve intricate payment and customer service problems, works to resolve a variety of complex loan issues that limits customer impact.
Provides servicing that includes complex scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance functions, researches billing problems, provides payoff quotes and information to Attorneys. Interacts extensively with internal/external customers to identify, research, and resolve complex loan problems.
Performance of special handling instructions and follow up for accurate and timely complex transactions ensuring compliance with Bank, departmental policies and regulations. This includes special asset/workout/recovery transactions which include non-accrual, charge-off, etc.
Responsible for processing loan payments that require research and problem solving such as delinquent loans and payoffs from Attorneys. Calculates and processes adjustments to interest and fee accruals in loan system, processes and balances daily transactions including all commercial loan transactions.
Responsible for reconciling various general ledger items on a monthly basis and coordinates with the Accounting department to clear any open items in suspense.
### Requirements
Associates Degree or equivalent required
3 to 5 years of relevant banking, financial, accounting experience.
Detail oriented. Ability to read and interpret information.
Strong communication skills; written and oral.
Must have PC computer skills including the Internet and Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word and Excel and ability to operate standard office equipment.
Requires knowledge of Commercial, SWAP and Resort loans, accounting and loan servicing.
Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
